# Terms of Service

**Effective date: October 18, 2026**

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to https://nordelane.shop, related store features, and purchases made from nordelane (collectively, the "Service"). RAUL RENE LLC owns and operates nordelane and is referred to in these Terms as "we," "us," or "our." Accessing the Service or submitting an order signifies agreement to these Terms and the store policies referenced below.

## 1. Capacity to Use the Service

You may use the Service only if you can enter into a binding agreement under the law where you live. A person below the applicable age of majority must use it with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

Information used to register an account or place an order must be current and accurate. Keep login details secure and tell us promptly about suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for account activity except to the extent it was caused by our failure to apply reasonable security.

## 2. Acceptable Conduct

The Service is intended for legitimate personal shopping and other uses we authorize. You may not use it to:

- commit fraud, impersonate another person, or provide false payment or delivery details;
- break a law, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, or distribute unlawful material;
- upload malicious code, test security without permission, or interfere with store operation;
- collect website or customer information through unauthorized scraping or automated means;
- harass another person or send spam; or
- reproduce, resell, or commercially exploit store content without written permission.

We may block activity that reasonably appears unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or materially inconsistent with these Terms. Any action will remain subject to mandatory consumer law.

## 3. Merchandise and Store Content

We make reasonable efforts to keep photographs, measurements, specifications, colors, prices, and stock information accurate. Appearance can vary because of display settings and ordinary production differences. A small difference that does not affect conformity or stated function is not necessarily a defect. Statutory rights remain available when goods are faulty, materially misdescribed, or unsuitable for a purpose protected by law.

Availability can change without notice. A product is not reserved merely because it is in a shopping cart. We may set reasonable purchase limits by customer, household, account, address, payment method, or order to allocate inventory or prevent resale and misuse.

## 4. Pricing, Charges, and Payment Authorization

The checkout page identifies the currency and price that apply before an order is submitted. A later price change does not affect an accepted order. Obvious errors are handled under Section 12.

The total displayed for an accepted delivery destination is intended to cover applicable tax and import duty. nordelane will not require an additional tax, customs-duty, or import-fee payment from the customer when the parcel is delivered. Any shipping charge appears before the customer authorizes payment. Standard shipping is free when the discounted order subtotal is more than US$30; the charge for a subtotal of US$30 or less is calculated at checkout.

By choosing a payment method, you confirm that you are authorized to use it and permit us and the payment provider to process the transaction. A payment provider may apply its own service terms.

## 5. Order Review and Acceptance

The first email sent after checkout confirms receipt of the order. It does not by itself constitute acceptance. We accept an order when we send a dispatch confirmation or otherwise expressly confirm acceptance.

Before acceptance, an order may be refused or canceled for a genuine operational or legal reason, including lack of inventory, inability to verify payment, suspected fraud, delivery restrictions, or an obvious listing error. Any captured payment for a canceled product will be returned to the original payment method.

Check the items and address before completing checkout. Send a correction request immediately to stevelacockeyr@outlook.com. We will attempt the change, but fulfillment might proceed before the request can be applied.

## 6. Fulfillment and Delivery

The Shipping Policy is incorporated into these Terms. Normal processing takes 2-3 business days. The estimated transportation period is then 20-45 calendar days from dispatch. The estimate may be affected by carrier networks, customs, weather, holidays, remote locations, and other events outside reasonable control.

For a consumer order, risk generally transfers when the parcel is delivered to the customer or another person the customer identified, unless mandatory law specifies a different point. Ownership transfers after both full payment and delivery.

## 7. Returns and Refunds

The Return and Refund Policy is incorporated into these Terms. It provides a free return process for eligible items requested within 30 days following delivery. When a refund is approved and issued to the original payment method, the funds normally post within 3-7 business days, subject to the bank or payment provider's processing time.

Read the separate policy for condition requirements, restricted items, prepaid return labels, exchanges, and remedies for incorrect or defective products. Nothing in these Terms replaces a non-waivable cancellation, refund, or product-conformity right.

## 8. Discount Offers

A discount, promotion, or giveaway may include additional conditions shown with the offer. Unless stated otherwise, a code cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with another code. We may correct an offer that was created or applied by mistake, but we will not unfairly change a promotion after the related order has been accepted.

## 9. Customer Material

You continue to own a review, photograph, idea, or other material you submit. By submitting it, you give RAUL RENE LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, format, reproduce, publish, display, and use it for operating and promoting nordelane. The license ends when the material is deleted from active systems, subject to lawful backups and materials already distributed in a form that cannot reasonably be withdrawn.

Only submit content you have the right to use. It must not be unlawful, misleading, abusive, infringing, or expose another person's private information. We may remove submissions that fail these standards.

## 10. Store Intellectual Property

Original website text, photographs, graphics, logos, design elements, and software are owned by or licensed to RAUL RENE LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant a limited, personal, non-transferable permission to access that material for shopping through the Service. This permission does not transfer ownership or permit commercial copying.

Names and marks belonging to product manufacturers, Shopify, or other third parties remain the property of their owners. Reference to them does not create an endorsement unless expressly stated.

## 11. Outside Providers and Links

Shopify supplies the commerce infrastructure for the Service. Other companies may process payments, supply applications, measure usage, fulfill orders, or make deliveries. Their separate terms and notices may govern direct interactions with them. We do not control independent websites linked from the store. This clause does not exclude responsibility that the law assigns to us for a provider acting on our behalf.

## 12. Mistakes and Updates

The website can occasionally contain an inaccurate price, description, availability statement, or typographical error. We may update store information and correct those mistakes. If a material correction affects an order already submitted, we will explain the issue and allow the customer to accept the correction or cancel for a complete refund. We will not use a trivial error as a pretext to avoid an otherwise valid accepted order.

## 13. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes personal information practices and available choices. It is incorporated into these Terms. The policy also explains how to submit an access, correction, deletion, or opt-out request.

## 14. Service and Product Warranties

To the maximum extent the law permits, the website is supplied on an "as available" basis, and uninterrupted or error-free access is not promised. Products remain subject to the descriptions and express warranties accompanying them, together with every implied warranty or consumer guarantee required by law.

Nothing here waives a warranty, remedy, or consumer guarantee that cannot legally be waived. A limitation in these Terms applies only to the extent it is valid in the customer's jurisdiction.

## 15. Responsibility for Loss

To the fullest extent permitted, neither party is responsible to the other for an indirect, special, incidental, or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the relevant agreement was made. For a claim relating to a product, our total contractual liability will not exceed the amount paid for that product unless applicable law provides a greater remedy.

No part of these Terms excludes liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, violation of mandatory consumer protections, or another liability that the law does not allow a party to exclude.

## 16. Loss Caused by Prohibited Use

Where permitted by law, you agree to reimburse reasonable, direct losses and costs caused by your unlawful use of the Service, material violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person's rights. You are not responsible under this section for loss caused by us, and mandatory consumer protections remain intact.

## 17. Ending or Restricting Access

You can stop using the Service whenever you choose. We may restrict an account or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of a serious breach, fraud, a security threat, or a legal obligation. Provisions concerning payment, ownership, responsibility, and disputes survive when their nature requires it.

## 18. Law and Resolving Concerns

Wyoming law and applicable U.S. federal law govern these Terms, disregarding conflict-of-law principles. A consumer retains any mandatory protection that applies under the law of the consumer's usual place of residence.

Before starting formal proceedings, email stevelacockeyr@outlook.com with the order number and a concise explanation of the concern. We will make a good-faith effort to resolve it. This informal step does not prevent either party from using a court, regulator, or consumer process available by law.

## 19. Entire Agreement and Severability

These Terms and the policies they incorporate form the agreement regarding the Service and store purchases. If one provision is invalid, it will be adjusted or removed only as far as necessary, leaving the remainder in effect. Failure to enforce a right immediately is not a waiver. You cannot transfer this agreement without our consent. We may transfer it in a legitimate financing, reorganization, or sale if the transfer does not reduce customer rights.

## 20. Future Changes

Revised Terms may be posted when the Service, business, or legal requirements change. The new date will appear above, and revisions apply prospectively unless the law requires another approach. The version in force when we accepted an order continues to govern that purchase.
