# Privacy Policy

**Effective date: October 18, 2026**

RAUL RENE LLC operates nordelane (referred to as "nordelane," "we," "our," or "us"). This Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal information when you browse https://nordelane.shop, buy a product, request support, or interact with any related service (together, the "Services").

RAUL RENE LLC is the controller responsible for the personal information covered by this policy. Certain partners, including Shopify and payment providers, may separately control information they process for their own stated purposes.

## Information We Receive

### Details Collected From You

Depending on your interaction with us, you may provide:

- your name, email address, telephone number, delivery address, and billing address;
- order details, including products selected, transaction value, delivery status, returns, and refunds;
- account credentials and saved preferences, if customer accounts are available;
- messages, support requests, product reviews, survey answers, and other content you submit; and
- newsletter selections, advertising choices, and records of consent.

Your payment credentials are entered through the payment service made available at checkout. We normally receive confirmation of payment and limited transaction information rather than the complete card number or security code.

### Details Generated Through Use of the Store

Our systems and service providers may collect IP address, device identifiers, browser and operating-system information, referring and exit pages, approximate location based on IP address, page views, cart actions, purchase interactions, and the date and time of activity. Cookies, pixels, tags, and comparable technologies help collect some of this information.

### Details Supplied by Others

Information may also come from Shopify, payment and fraud-screening services, fulfillment providers, shipping carriers, analytics or advertising partners, social networks when you engage with our account, and vendors that support store operations.

## Why We Process Information

We use personal information when reasonably necessary to:

- accept payment, confirm and fulfill an order, deliver products, and administer cancellations, returns, or refunds;
- operate customer accounts and retain requested settings;
- reply to inquiries and investigate service problems;
- authenticate activity and protect customers, the store, and our providers from fraud, misuse, and security threats;
- understand store performance and improve products, navigation, and customer service;
- send promotional messages when allowed and honor unsubscribe requests;
- present relevant content or advertising in accordance with applicable rules and user choices;
- satisfy accounting, tax, consumer-protection, and regulatory requirements; and
- enforce agreements, resolve disputes, and establish or defend legal claims.

For processing governed by UK data protection law, we rely as appropriate on performance of a contract or steps requested before a contract, compliance with law, consent, and legitimate interests such as operating and securing the store, preventing fraud, serving customers, and improving the business. We balance legitimate interests against individual rights. Consent can be withdrawn at any time, without changing the lawfulness of earlier processing.

## Cookies and Privacy Controls

Essential technologies enable checkout, security, fraud prevention, cart functions, and preferences requested by the user. Other technologies may support measurement, personalization, or advertising, depending on the location of the visitor, the settings enabled on the store, and the visitor's choices.

Use the cookie banner or privacy choices displayed on nordelane to manage available options. Browser settings can also block or remove cookies, although disabling essential storage may interfere with checkout or account functions. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe method. Because choices are stored by browser and device, they may need to be set again after cookies are cleared or when another device is used.

## Parties That Receive Information

We may disclose relevant personal information to:

- Shopify for storefront hosting, checkout, infrastructure, analytics, and commerce services;
- banks, payment processors, and services that detect fraudulent transactions;
- warehouses, order fulfillment providers, shipping carriers, and delivery partners;
- providers of hosting, email, customer support, security, analytics, advertising, and other operational tools;
- accountants, insurers, auditors, lawyers, and other professional advisers;
- courts, regulators, law enforcement, or other parties when disclosure is legally required, protects rights or safety, or is necessary for a legal claim; and
- parties involved in a possible or completed financing, merger, reorganization, acquisition, or transfer of business assets, under appropriate confidentiality and data-protection safeguards.

We do not exchange personal information for money. Some U.S. privacy statutes may characterize advertising or analytics disclosures made through cookies as a "sale," "sharing," or targeted advertising even when no money is paid. Where an applicable law gives you an opt-out right, use the cookie banner or data-sharing opt-out control on the store, or email us. When legally required and supported by our configuration, we recognize browser-based signals such as Global Privacy Control.

## Shopify and External Services

Shopify hosts nordelane and processes information needed to provide its commerce platform. Shopify and its affiliates may process data in countries other than your country of residence. Shopify explains its own practices at https://www.shopify.com/legal/privacy. Payment methods, applications, and links supplied by other companies may be subject to their separate privacy notices and terms.

## Retention

We keep personal information for the time reasonably needed to complete the purposes described here. Factors include the duration of the customer relationship, warranty or return needs, fraud prevention, legal limitation periods, and recordkeeping requirements for tax, accounting, and consumer law. When retention is no longer justified, information is deleted, anonymized, or placed beyond ordinary use until secure deletion is possible.

## Cross-Border Processing

The companies supporting the Services may process information in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, or other jurisdictions. Those jurisdictions may have different privacy laws. When the law requires a transfer safeguard, we use an approved mechanism such as an adequacy regulation, recognized contractual clauses, or another lawful basis.

## Information Security

We maintain reasonable technical, organizational, and administrative safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information. Internet transmissions and storage systems cannot be guaranteed completely secure. Keep account credentials confidential and notify us if you suspect an unauthorized transaction or account use.

## Privacy Rights and Requests

The rights available to you depend on your location and the law that applies. Subject to permitted limitations and identity verification, you may be entitled to:

- know whether and how we process personal information and obtain access to it;
- correct information that is inaccurate;
- request deletion;
- receive certain information in a portable form;
- restrict processing or object to it in specified circumstances;
- withdraw consent;
- opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or qualifying profiling;
- limit certain uses or disclosures of sensitive personal information; and
- appeal a decision on a privacy request where a state law provides that procedure.

Submit a request or appeal to stevelacockeyr@outlook.com. Describe the right you want to exercise and provide information sufficient to identify the relevant account or transaction. We may seek additional verification to avoid disclosing or deleting information at the request of an unauthorized person. Where the law permits an authorized agent, we may require evidence of the agent's authority and direct verification with the consumer.

We do not discriminate against a person for exercising an applicable privacy right. A UK resident may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at https://ico.org.uk. We invite you to contact us first so we have an opportunity to address the concern.

## Notice for Residents of U.S. States

During the preceding 12 months, the categories we may have collected include identifiers and contact information; customer-record information; commercial and transaction history; internet or electronic activity; approximate location inferred from an IP address; and shopping-preference inferences. Sources include the consumer, the consumer's device, and the providers identified above. We use and disclose those categories for the operational and commercial purposes explained in this policy.

We do not knowingly process sensitive personal information for the purpose of inferring characteristics about an individual. We also do not knowingly sell or share personal information belonging to anyone under 16. State-law disclosures and rights apply only when the relevant statute applies to RAUL RENE LLC, the consumer, and the processing at issue.

## Children

nordelane is a general-audience store and is not designed for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from a child under 13. A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided information should contact us so we can investigate and delete it when required. A minor who has not reached the age of legal capacity should use the Services only with a parent or guardian's involvement.

## Other Websites

A link from nordelane may lead to a site or service controlled by another organization. We are not responsible for that organization's security or handling of information. Review its privacy notice before submitting personal data.

## Policy Revisions

We may revise this policy as our Services, technology, or legal obligations change. The newest version will be posted here with an updated effective date. We will provide any additional notice or request consent when required.
